MTI Alumni Mentorship Program Kick Off!

Starting January 2014, the MTI Alumni Association will be offering MTI students the opportunity to work with a mentor to achieve academic success and support career development.  MTI Alumni have fascinating careers! Participating in the MTI Alumni Mentorship Program as a mentor is a great way to make a difference to a student and MTI. As a mentor, you will help your mentee through the academic program and ultimately graduate. If you are passionate about your profession, working with a mentee is a great way to share your vast knowledge and experience!

If you are interested in becoming a mentor, please contact Ann Calnan at ann.calnan@vta.org for more information. The recommended time commitment to participate in the program is a meaningful interaction with your mentee at least one per month. So, if you have a little extra time, that is all it  takes to enhance a student’s experience at MTI and help our peers succeed!
