Kyle Holland MSTM ‘17, Deputy Executive Officer, TAP Technologies at LA Metro and 2024 Mineta Transportation Institute (MTI) Alumnus of the Year
Kyle’s unique combination of education, experience and interests has enabled her to lead the marketing and implementation of several major fare policy initiatives and projects, including the elimination of Metro’s paper passes and tokens, and the introduction of fare capping.
Kyle is a graduate of UC Berkeley with a BA in Mass Communications and a BA in Sociology. She also earned a Master’s in Communications Management from USC before getting her Master’s in Transportation Management (MSTM) at San Jose State University / Mineta Transportation Institute. Kyle returned to MTI in 2021 to serve two years on the Board of Trustees. She is also a fellow with the Southern California Leadership Network and the Eno Center for Transportation.
Ms. Holland, thank you for being an inspiration and a leader! Continue lighting the way!
