Rashida Barnes, Tri-Delta Transit CEO and 2023 Mineta Transportation Institute (MTI) Alumnus of the Year

The MTI Alumni Association is pleased to announce Rashida as the winner of the 2023 Alumna of the Year Award.  Rashida Barnes is the Tri-Delta Transit CEO and was formerly Central Contra Costa Transit Authority (County Connection) Senior Manager of Transportation, Senior Manager of Innovation and Shared Mobility, and then Director of Innovation and Shared Mobility,
